4.1 Executive search and recruitment

We may process candidate information to:

  • assess professional qualifications and experience;
  • identify candidates for current or future opportunities;

When relying on legitimate interests, we consider whether our interests are necessary and proportionate and whether they are overridden by your rights, interests or reasonable expectations.

4.2 Candidate introductions

Before submitting an identifiable candidate profile or CV to a prospective employer for a specific opportunity, MOBILIZE will normally contact the candidate and obtain their agreement to be considered for that opportunity.

A candidate’s decision not to pursue a particular position will not automatically remove the candidate from consideration for other potentially relevant opportunities unless the candidate asks us not to make further contact or requests deletion of their information.

The applicable legal bases may include:

  • legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving the website; and
  • consent where required for non-essential cookies or analytics technologies.

4.5 Marketing communications

We may send newsletters, job alerts or marketing communications where:

  • you have provided consent;
  • the communication is otherwise permitted by applicable law; or
  • we have another valid legal basis.

You may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time.

5. Sharing Personal Data

MOBILIZE operates through an international network of independently owned and operated franchise partners.

Unless otherwise stated, this website is owned and operated by MOBILIZE Talent Acquisition Kft., Hungary.

Where recruitment, executive search, consulting or other professional services are delivered by an authorised MOBILIZE franchise partner, that partner may process personal data as:

  • an independent data controller;
  • a joint controller with MOBILIZE Talent Acquisition Kft.; or
  • a data processor acting on documented instructions.

The applicable role depends on the circumstances and the purposes and methods of processing. Responsibilities are governed by applicable data-protection legislation and the relevant contractual arrangements.

  • maintaining relevant professional relationships;
  • fulfilling contractual obligations;
  • complying with legal and regulatory requirements; and
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Candidate information is reviewed periodically to determine whether it remains accurate, relevant and necessary for legitimate recruitment purposes.

Where continued retention is no longer justified, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required or permitted by applicable law.

Further information is available in our Data Retention Policy:

https://mobilize-talent.com/data-retention

9. Data Accuracy

We take reasonable steps to keep personal data accurate and up to date.

Candidates and other individuals are encouraged to notify us when their contact details, employment information, career preferences or other relevant information change.

Where we become aware that information is inaccurate or outdated, we will take reasonable steps to correct, update or delete it.

10. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against:

  • unauthorised or unlawful access;
  • accidental loss or destruction;
  • alteration;
  • unauthorised disclosure; and
  • misuse.

Access to personal data is restricted to individuals who require it for legitimate business purposes and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Although we take reasonable security measures, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Automated Decision-Making

MOBILIZE does not currently make recruitment decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

If this practice changes, we will update this Privacy Policy before the relevant processing begins and provide the information and safeguards required under applicable law.

  • withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
  • object to direct marketing;
  • request information about international-transfer safeguards; and

To exercise your rights, contact:

We may request information necessary to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

If you ask us not to contact you again, we may retain limited information on a suppression list where necessary to ensure that your request is respected.
