Our Business

MOBILIZE Talent Acquisition is a specialist recruitment and executive search firm serving the global Automotive, E-Mobility, Battery, Semiconductor, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors. We connect high-impact professionals with innovative companies across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.


Our business is founded on ethical sourcing, personalised service, and transparent communication with both clients and candidates. We work with partner recruiters, freelance talent agents, and vetted suppliers worldwide.


Our Policies

We maintain internal procedures that reflect our values and help us meet our legal and ethical obligations. These include:

  • Data Protection & Privacy Policies

These policies are reviewed annually and updated as needed in accordance with Irish and international employment and business laws.


Awareness & Training

Given our niche nature and small business structure, MOBILIZE ensures that its internal stakeholders and freelance partners:

  • Are briefed on ethical recruitment practices
  • Understand indicators of forced labour and exploitation
  • Are encouraged to report any suspicions of unethical behaviour

We also encourage our freelance recruiters and clients to adopt similar standards in their operations.


Risk Assessment

While our business model is primarily professional and executive search, we recognise the potential risks in the broader recruitment industry. We mitigate these by:

  • Verifying the identities and locations of candidates
  • Avoiding engagement with recruitment for low-skilled, high-risk labour sectors
  • Screening all suppliers, recruiters, and freelance partners for ethical standards
  • Avoiding relationships with businesses that do not meet minimum social compliance standards


Supply Chain

As part of our supplier and partner due diligence, MOBILIZE:

  • Seeks confirmation that third parties comply with ethical business practices
  • Reserves the right to audit or disengage from suppliers or clients where unethical behaviour is suspected
  • Maintains a short list of trusted, ethically aligned partners for long-term cooperation


Future Commitments

We are committed to continuous improvement and will:

  • Promote awareness among candidates and clients about modern slavery
  • Continue risk assessments on all new supplier and partner engagements
  • Monitor global compliance developments and adjust our policies accordingly
